Labyrinth

The back of the labyrinth card has two mazes.

Pick one person to close their eyes. Using a pencil, they’ll try to trace the path through the first maze on the back of this card, without touching the walls. The other person is their guide, offering only verbal directions.

When you reach the end, switch roles and navigate the second maze.

Complete each maze, starting at the top and ending at the bottom. Find the shortest, continuous path through each maze.

Heads up: the next tip will reveal the path through each maze.

To solve the maze on the left:

Go down, passing the letters ‘S’ and ‘E’ and reaching the letter ‘A.’ Then go up to the letter ‘R,’ make a right and go down to the letter ‘C.’ Finally, make one more right and go down to the letter ‘H.’

To solve the maze on the right:

Go down, passing the letters ‘B’ and ‘E.’ Then make a left to the letter ‘N’ and go up and to the left, to the letters ‘E’ and ‘A.’ Finally, keep going left, then down, passing the letters ‘T’ and ‘H.’

Ultimately, you’ll have passed the following letters in each maze:

• S-E-A-R-C-H

• B-E-N-E-A-T-H
