Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every experience we create. If you play your kit in good faith and it falls short of what we’ve promised, reach out to us at josh@getgiddybox.com and we’ll make it right.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email josh@getgiddybox.com as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. If applicable, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
Because each GiddyBox kit is assembled by hand, we don’t currently accept standard returns. That said, customer experience matters deeply to us. If something about your experience wasn’t right, please reach out. We review refunds and replacements on a case-by-case basis under our Satisfaction Guarantee and will always do our best to take care of you.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers can take up to 10 business days to process refunds.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
