Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

All U.S. orders over $40 include free Standard Delivery. For orders under $40, Standard Delivery is $5.

With Standard Delivery, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days. (We'll ship your order within 2 business days, and ground shipping typically takes anywhere from 1-5 business days.)

Because we’re based in NYC, East Coast orders arrive toward the lower end of that range, while West Coast orders arrive toward the upper end.

Express Delivery

If you’d like faster delivery, you can choose Express Delivery at checkout for an additional $10. Express Delivery will arrive within 3 business days. (We'll ship your order by the next business day and send it through UPS 2nd Day Air.)

International Orders

For international orders, please email josh@getgiddybox.com. We’ll confirm availability and any applicable shipping fees.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to ensure safe delivery. Tracking details will be sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at josh@getgiddybox.com. We’ll make it right.
