Each note is delivered as a mini magazine and celebrates something different about your partner and your relationship.
For example, in the Travel edition, you'll reminisce about a trip you took:
- "I can’t believe it’s been almost 3 years since our first getaway together. We went to San Francisco. I loved showing you the parks and restaurants that I used to go to. And it was such a joy to meet your old roommates, who I’d heard so much about.”
In the Home edition, you'll celebrate an object or article of clothing you associate with your partner, like this:
- "I love your sweater with the elbow patches. You look so cute and huggable in it. Every time you wear it, it makes
me think of a cozy fall day, snuggled up together."
There's a printed booklet that guides you each step of the way, with prompts, templates, and examples.

The date night is a 20 minute, fully planned experience. It's presented as the "Games" edition of the magazine.
It's centered on a mini crossword puzzle, where each clue references a love note you wrote. There are two bonus games too.
Everything is designed to get you laughing, reminiscing, and feeling more connected.

Each note celebrates something specific about your partner or your relationship. Together, they make up a week-long surprise.
As you write the notes, you'll reconnect with the little things you love about your partner. They'll be continuously surprised and delighted, as they receive a new note each day.
Once your partner receives the last note, you'll both have the mini date night to look forward to. It's a 20 minute evening that gets you working together.

Nope — everything you need comes in the envelope. All you'll need is a pen, scissors, a few minutes per day to write each note, and 20 minutes together at home for the mini date night.

It’s best as a short sweet surprise — for a birthday, anniversary, or just because. For a birthday or anniversary, we recommend hiding the notes starting a few days before the day of the occasion, then pairing the final reveal with another gesture, like a nice dinner or a small gift.
